All new ISCRAM memberships are valid for three years - membership fees can be paid either by wire transfer or by credit card (the linked form for paying via credit card is in French, but most web browsers have an option for automatic translation if needed) - the membership number is issued with the membership card, at the same time as the payment receipt.
** Those who do not wish to become ISCRAM members at this time can simply register by choosing the "Non ISCRAM Member" option.
*** Proof of current student status required upon request if registering at the student rate

Note to presenters: A conference registration is required for each WiP, CoRe, or Practitioner paper being presented at ISCRAM 2021. Because ISCRAM 2021 is being offered as a joint conference with ISCRAM 2020, however, we anticipate that there may be participants who wish to present both a paper from ISCRAM 2020 and a paper from ISCRAM 2021.

In order to support this, an additional paper may also be presented for a reduced fee of 100 EUR ($120), as long as the presenter has already registered to present a paper at the regular rate. Please contact the program committee at iscram2021@gmail.com with any questions about this policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. An administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the student portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date.

In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.

For weather or disaster-related program cancellation or postponement information, please call (540) 231-9489.
